Xarantine system
DESCRIPTION
Xarantine IV is the fourth planet in the Xarantine system in Beta quadrant near klingon border.
Xarantine IV is a M-Class world.
Xarantine aka Zeta Lep is in the Lepus constellation, located about 70.47 light years from Sol.
Xarantine is a binary A-class star (ST reference: Star Charts).
Between inner and outter planets, a large asteroid belt is located.
Xarantine system is near Doraf (11.0 LY), Gault (14.1 LY) and Laurentian (24.7 LY).
HISTORY
Xarantine IV was under protectorate with the Federation since mid-23th century.
One of the planets orbiting Xarantine boasted a drydock facility for Starfleet starships by at least the 2280s.

Xarantine also had a massive sensor array that was part of the Starfleet Perimeter Defense Network.

Xarantine was the site of a battle during the Borg Invasion of 2381.

The Xarantine government, while officially remaining neutral, has recently agreed to give Starfleet full

DESCRIPTION
Doraf I is the first telluric planet in the Doraf system in Beta quadrant near klingon border.
There is a belt between the star and Doraf I.
Doraf I is a Class M world which has one, natural satellite named Dorafa.
Doraf aka HD 34865-A (K3V) is in the Lepus constellation, located about 77.48 ly from Sun.
Doraf is a binary system, K-Star and White dwarf.
Doraf system is near Gault (4.4 LY), Xarantine (11.1 LY) and Ajilon (19.0 LY).
HISTORY
The Enterprise-D was assigned to a terraforming project on Doraf I in 2368.
The mission was canceled when the ship was recalled to Starbase 234 to receive orders to investigate
the disappearance of Ambassador Spock. ("Unification" [TNG]).
Doraf I becomes a Federation colony on late 24th century.

Bilaren is a Class M world which has one, natural satellite simply named Bilarena.
Bilaren aka HIP 40774 is an orange dwarf (K1V) in the Pictor constellation, located about 72.95 light years from Sol.
Bilaren system is near Arkonia (18.4 LY), Laurentian (26.5 LY), and EO5 (30.4 LY).
History
Bilaren is a planet in the relative neighborhood of klingon border.
In 2369, Amanda Rogers' adoptive parents, marine biologists in Starfleet,
were posted to the Bilaren system shortly before their daughter came aboard the USS Enterprise-D.
Bilaren is a member federation since 2378.
